Q. How far in advance do I need to book?
Balloon + Backdrops: Standard, Silver, Gold packages: we kindly request you book your backdrop installations at least 2 weeks in advance. However, you are more than welcome to book further in advance if you wish.
Customizable package, to ensure that your event design comes to life perfectly, we kindly request that you book your backdrop installations at least 4 weeks in advance. Please note that depending on the design complexity, we may require additional notice. While these are our standard timelines, you are more than welcome to book further in advance if you wish.
For our hotel decor packages, we ask for a minimum of 2 weeks' notice. Pending availability, 1 week notice is available with an additional $50 fee.
Q. Do you come back and remove the design after the event?
Balloon + backdrops, our pricing for backdrops with balloons includes a setup and take down fee after your event. If you choose a balloon installation only, you have the option to take it down yourself. However, a take down fee is offered for us to return and remove the installation at the time of booking.
For our hotel decor, the client or hotel can take down the decor. However, ia take down fee is offered and can be applied for us to return and remove the decor.
Q. How do I book with Pearls&Co Events?
Please fill out our Inquiry form, after we receive your form we will:

Pearls&Co Events will setup a brief consultation to understand your needs to ensure we have all the details to make your event perfect.

After the consultation, we will send over a contract and receipt. We will require a 50% deposit of your total to secure the date. Please note, if we do not receive the signed contract and deposit within 48 hours, you may be subject to losing the date.

You will receive a confirmation which will include your secured date, rentals and services, and a receipt.

One week prior to your event, Pearls&Co will require the rest of the 50% of the total amount to be paid.
Q. What should I expect the day of the event?
Pearls&Co Events will arrive 2-4 hours prior to your event start date, unless discussed otherwise during the consultation. Please remove all obstacles out of the way to ensure efficient and safe setup. After we have completed the setup, we will bring you back for a final sign off to make sure your vision came to life perfectly. For backdrops only- Pearls&Co Events will come back to tear down and pick up items, unless discussed otherwise in your consultation.
Q. Cancellation policy?
We understand things come up that are sometimes out of our control! Pearls&Co Events offers clients to rebook the date based off availability. If you wish to cancel, the initial 50% deposit will not be refunded. We will do our best to work with you in the case you need to reschedule.
